Salpakangas is the part of Hollola most journeys are headed for. The municipal centre's services, schools, health centre and blocks of flats sit within a short distance of each other, and it is about 10 kilometres from there to central Lahti. In practice this means a ride from Hollola to Lahti is a short urban trip rather than a long haul, and that a vehicle can be there quickly even if an advance booking changes.
Around Hälvälä, Kukkila and Tiirismaa the addresses are in low-rise housing areas and partly in open countryside. When booking in these areas, give the full address and, if useful, directions into the yard, for example which junction the driver should use. In winter, a pick-up at the end of an uncleared long drive is often agreed at the roadside instead, which is worth mentioning when you book.

Our accessible vehicles, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Volkswagen Crafter and VW Caddy Maxi, meet Traficom's requirements: the wheelchair space is at least 0.75 × 1.10 metres, the interior height 1.40–1.45 metres, and each has a lift or ramp plus wheelchair restraints and a seat belt. The driver assists you in and out of the vehicle and, if needed, to your front door. An accessible vehicle reaches Hollola from Lahti after a short drive, which helps especially with timed journeys such as appointments.
