FLF Taxi for business
Taxi for businesses: invoicing agreement, contract rides and regular drivers
One agreement, one monthly invoice and drivers who are our own employees. We serve companies across Uusimaa, Kanta-Häme and Päijät-Häme.
This page is for companies and organisations that need taxi rides regularly: staff commutes, guest pick-ups, airport transfers or events. A single ride can always be ordered through the local booking apps, but once rides add up every week, an invoicing agreement saves work for both the person ordering and the finance team. As a contract customer you get your own booking channel, agreed pricing and one contact person who knows your company.
FLF is a taxi and logistics company based in Lahti, operating since 2018. Our fleet has more than 30 vehicles: hybrid and electric saloons, premium cars for executive travel and wheelchair-accessible minivan taxis for 1 to 8 passengers. Our drivers are our own employees, so the same driver can handle your regular runs week after week. We have offices in Lahti and Helsinki and cover the whole of Uusimaa, Kanta-Häme and Päijät-Häme.
The price depends on the route, time of day, vehicle class and the number of rides. Regular routes get a fixed price, occasional rides an agreed contract rate. All rides go on one monthly invoice, itemised by cost centre or project code. Prices for businesses are quoted excluding VAT; passenger transport carries 14 % VAT. You usually receive a quote the same working day, with no obligation.

How a taxi invoicing agreement works in practice
An invoicing agreement means your company's rides are driven at an agreed rate and invoiced afterwards as one statement. This is how we do it.
- Every ride is tagged with a cost centre, project code or passenger name so the invoice lands in the right place in your accounts.
- The monthly invoice is itemised ride by ride: date, route, passenger and price. A spreadsheet version is available on request.
- Invoices are sent as e-invoices or by email, always to the agreed address with the agreed reference.
- Ordering rights are limited to named people, for example assistants, shift supervisors or reception.
- Payment terms, any monthly fees and the notice period are set in the agreement. We do not publish standard terms, because they depend on volume and scope.
Contract rides for staff
Regular runs are best agreed as fixed services, so both the timetable and the price are known in advance.
Staff commutes
Morning and evening rides between home and workplace when public transport does not run or working hours are irregular.
Shift transport
Agreed departures at the start and end of shifts. The driver knows the route and the passengers, and changes are agreed directly with your contact person.
Transfers between sites
Daily or weekly transfers, for example between Lahti and Helsinki offices, with several passengers in the same vehicle when needed.
Temporary sites and projects
Fixed-term transport for the duration of a project, for example to a construction or installation site where taking your own car makes no sense.
Guest and executive transport
When the passenger is a client, a partner or your company's management, the car and the driver are part of the impression.
- Premium saloons such as the Mercedes-Benz E-Class and GLE, BMW 5 Series and Tesla Model S for executive travel and client meetings.
- The Volkswagen Crafter VIP minivan for delegations and small groups travelling together.
- The driver waits as agreed and handles several legs in one day, for example hotel to factory to dinner.
- You can give the driver the guest's name, language and schedule in advance, so the pick-up works without a phone call.
- A significant share of our fleet is electric or hybrid, which suits companies that report travel emissions.
Airport transfers for businesses
Helsinki-Vantaa Airport is the most common destination for our business customers. From Lahti the trip is about 110 km and takes 60 to 90 minutes, from Hämeenlinna about 100 km and 70 to 90 minutes, from Hyvinkää about 45 km and 35 to 45 minutes. For contract customers airport rides are priced as fixed fares, so the traveller does not need to estimate the cost or file a receipt.
We track arriving flights, so a delayed flight does not mean pointless waiting or a new booking. The driver meets the guest in the terminal with a name sign if they do not know the airport. Our airport transfer page covers routes and journey times in more detail.
Events and groups
Company events, trade fairs and client hospitality often need several vehicles at the same time.
- Wheelchair-accessible minivan taxis for 1 to 8 passengers, with several vehicles leaving together for larger groups.
- Transport to Messukeskus in Pasila, Sibelius Hall in Lahti or Verkatehdas in Hämeenlinna on an agreed schedule.
- Staggered return rides after dinners and parties so nobody is left waiting.
- One booking for the whole event: you give us headcount, timings and addresses, we allocate vehicles and drivers.
Why our own fleet and staff differ from a booking app
A booking app sends the nearest available car. That works for a one-off ride, but for a company's regular runs a changing driver means the route, gates, reception routines and passenger names have to be explained again every time. With us, contract rides are handled by a named driver or a small driver group who know your routines. Cover for absences is our responsibility, not yours.
The second difference is price. App fares vary with demand, and the cost ends up on the traveller's card or as a receipt in an expense claim. A contract customer's price is agreed in advance, and every ride is on one invoice. The third difference is the contact person: if a schedule changes or something went wrong on a ride, you call someone who knows your agreement, not a general helpline.
The fourth difference is the fleet. We run wheelchair-accessible minivans, so an employee or guest who uses a wheelchair travels in the same vehicle as everyone else without special arrangements. An accessible vehicle is not always available through an app, especially in smaller towns.
How the agreement comes together
- 01
Tell us what you need
Send a quote request or call: what kind of rides, how often, from where to where and how many passengers. An estimate is enough.
- 02
Receive a quote
We calculate fixed prices for regular routes and a contract rate for other rides. The quote usually arrives the same working day.
- 03
Agree the practicalities
We define ordering rights, the booking channel, invoicing address, cost centres and contact persons on both sides.
- 04
Rides begin
The first rides run as agreed, and after the first month we check that the invoice breakdown works for your bookkeeping.
Pricing
A business customer's price depends on the route, time of day, vehicle class and volume. Prices are quoted excluding VAT; passenger transport carries 14 % VAT.
Fixed route price
For recurring routes such as transfers between sites or airport rides. The price is known in advance.
Contract rate
An agreed tariff for occasional rides that does not vary with demand. Invoiced by the actual journey.
Hourly or daily rate
For guest transport and events where the driver is at your disposal for several legs.
Request a corporate taxi quote
Tell us the number of rides and your typical routes and you will usually have a quote the same working day. No obligation.
Frequently asked questions
How is a taxi invoicing agreement set up?
It starts with a quote request: you describe the type and estimated number of rides, we send a quote and a draft agreement. The agreement sets out pricing, ordering rights, invoicing address and payment terms. Once signed, rides can be ordered immediately through the agreed channel. There is no minimum volume, but regularity affects the price.
Can we get reporting by cost centre?
Yes. Rides are tagged at booking with a cost centre, project or passenger, and the monthly invoice breakdown is grouped the same way. On request we also provide the breakdown as a spreadsheet so it can be imported into your accounts or expense system. The grouping is agreed when the contract is set up and can be changed later.
Can we book a ride for a client or guest on the company invoice?
Yes. The guest's ride is booked through your company channel with the guest's name as the passenger. The driver meets the guest at the agreed place, such as the airport terminal or a hotel lobby, and the guest does not pay or sign anything. The ride appears on the monthly invoice as its own line under the agreed cost centre.
What is the VAT rate on passenger transport?
Passenger transport in Finland carries 14 % VAT. We quote business prices excluding VAT and add the tax as a separate line on the invoice. If your company is VAT-registered, the tax is generally deductible for business-related rides. Check deductibility with your own accountant, as entertainment expenses are treated differently from ordinary business travel.
Is there a minimum contract period?
The contract period and notice period are set in the agreement rather than fixed in advance. An invoicing agreement for occasional rides is usually open-ended with no minimum purchase. For fixed-price regular routes, where we reserve a vehicle and a driver, we usually agree a contract term so the price can stay fixed.
How do contract customers book a ride?
Each contract customer gets a dedicated booking channel, which may be a direct phone number, an email address or a standing order list for regular runs. Named people are authorised to book. A booking states the pick-up address, time, passenger and cost centre. Regular runs do not need separate bookings; they run to the agreed timetable and exceptions are reported to your contact person.
Do you also operate in Helsinki and Lahti?
Yes. Our offices are in Lahti on Asentajankatu and in Helsinki on Ormuspellontie in Malmi, and we cover all of Uusimaa, Kanta-Häme and Päijät-Häme. Besides Helsinki and Lahti we serve business customers in Espoo, Vantaa, Hämeenlinna, Hyvinkää, Riihimäki and Heinola. Longer transfers elsewhere in Finland are agreed separately.
Ask for a quote for your company's rides
Describe your needs briefly and we will suggest a suitable model and send a quote, usually the same working day.
