The price is based on the route, the time of day and the vehicle. A car is enough for one to four passengers; a minivan taxi carries eight passengers with luggage. Times are typical for a weekday. During rush hour on Ring III and the Lahti motorway we add a margin and suggest the departure time accordingly.
Lahti
About 110 km, 60–90 minutes. Pick-up from your home address, the Matkakeskus travel centre or a hotel. Our most popular airport route.
Heinola
About 140 km, roughly 1 hour 45 minutes. Pick-up also from Vierumäki and nearby cottages when the address is given in the booking.
Hämeenlinna
About 100 km, 70–90 minutes. Pick-up from the centre, the railway station or Aulanko. Also suits the surrounding Kanta-Häme municipalities.
Hyvinkää
About 45 km, 35–45 minutes. A short transfer on which a taxi is often faster than the train with its changes, especially early in the morning.
Riihimäki
About 60 km, 45–60 minutes. Pick-up from the railway station, the centre or the garrison area by arrangement.
Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa
Short transfers from the city centre, Pasila, Aviapolis and the harbours to the airport. Suits hotel guests and business visitors.
Fixed price when booked in advance
When you book an airport transfer in advance, we confirm the price before the journey. The price is based on the pick-up location, the airport terminal, the time of day and the vehicle. Night-time and weekend journeys are priced by time, and a minivan taxi costs more than a car. The fixed price does not change even if there is congestion or roadworks on the way.
You can book the return ride in the same booking. We then agree both directions at once, and the driver knows the arriving flight number before you even leave. A return booking is usually the simplest way to handle a business trip or a holiday, because you do not need to think about the schedule while travelling.
When you ask for a quote, give the pick-up address, the flight numbers and times, the number of passengers and the number and size of bags. With this information we can size the vehicle correctly and give you a price the same working day.
Flight tracking and waiting
- The driver tracks your flight and moves the pick-up time if the flight is delayed or arrives early.
- A delayed flight does not mean a new invoice: the agreed price stands when the flight number was given in the booking.
- Meet-and-greet in the arrivals hall by arrangement: the driver waits with a name sign when this has been agreed.
- The driver contacts you by text message or phone when the car is in place and tells you where it is waiting.
- The departure time allows for check-in and security so you do not have to rush in the terminal.
Groups and minivan taxis to the airport
A minivan taxi carries eight passengers plus the driver, with their luggage. Larger groups travel in several vehicles from the same pick-up point at the same time.

Do large suitcases fit?
Yes. A car normally takes the luggage of four passengers, and a minivan taxi takes the luggage of eight passengers plus larger items such as skis, golf bags or a pushchair. Tell us the number and size of bags in the booking and we will assign a vehicle where everything fits safely.
Can I book the return ride at the same time?
Yes. A return journey is agreed in one booking, and the driver tracks the arriving flight. For the return you can also choose to be met in the arrivals hall with a name sign. With one booking both directions get a fixed price, and for business customers both journeys go on the same invoice.
Do you also drive from Helsinki city centre to the airport?
Yes. We drive short transfers within Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa, for example from a hotel, the Messukeskus exhibition centre or the West Harbour to the airport. These suit business visitors and groups who want an agreed vehicle at an agreed time.
